山谷茶

The hibiscus and beet root give it this deep pink color that looks great in a glass pitcher. I've been making it iced with a slice of orange and it's become my afternoon drink instead of soda.

The citrus and grape notes come through way more than I expected for something with beet root in it. Steeping a cup while I work has basically replaced my afternoon soda.

I was worried the beet root would make this taste too earthy, but it just adds this nice deep color and a hint of sweetness behind the hibiscus. The lemongrass keeps it feeling light, so I've been drinking it iced all week.
