伯爵茶

The cornflower petals scattered through the leaves make every cup feel a little special, and the bergamot comes through without turning bitter if I steep it a touch long. Two teaspoons in my pot and the whole kitchen smells like it.

I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks now and the black tea base is smooth enough that I don't even need milk. The natural flavors come through without that fake perfume taste cheaper Earl Greys have.

I've been drinking Earl Grey for years and this is the first one where the bergamot doesn't taste like perfume. It's smooth enough that I can skip the milk, which I never do.
