The bergamot is front and center but the Ceylon base keeps it from feeling sharp—exactly how I want my Earl Grey to start

The cornflower petals are such a nice touch, they make the dry leaf look almost too pretty to steep. I brew a pot every morning now and the black tea base holds up well even if I forget and let it go a minute too long.

The bergamot comes through clean without that soapy aftertaste a lot of Earl Greys have. I've been steeping it about three minutes and it's smooth enough to drink without milk.
