The licorice is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the cinnamon and ginger, which I was a little worried about. Rooibos base keeps it smooth without any bitterness even when I forget and let it steep too long.

I brewed a cup right after unpacking and the kitchen smelled incredible—the cinnamon and ginger really come through, with the rooibos keeping everything mellow.
