洛神花

I brew this iced on hot afternoons and the tangy bite is exactly what I crave. The color alone makes it feel like a fancy drink, and knowing it’s got anti-inflammatory perks makes the pitcher last all week.

The deep red infusion is honestly gorgeous—it turns almost jewel-toned in the glass. Brewed hot it’s tangy and bright, but pouring it over ice really lets that tartness shine without getting sharp.

I’ve been drinking it iced every afternoon since it arrived, and that tangy kick is exactly what I needed to replace my usual sugary drinks. Brews up a gorgeous ruby color that makes the glass look fancy, and knowing it’s got anti-inflammatory benefits makes the habit feel a little smarter.
