I was expecting something bland but the roasted rice kernels give it this nutty, almost popcorn-like depth that I keep craving in the afternoons. The golden liquor stays smooth even when I accidentally oversteep it, which never happens with my other greens.

The toasted rice smell hits you the second you open the bag, and it carries right through to the cup. Savory and light, not grassy like I worried it might be. This has quietly replaced my afternoon coffee.
