The malty Kenyan and Assam blend really comes through when I let it steep four minutes. It's strong enough that I only need one cup before I'm actually awake, which is rare for me.

The Kenyan and Assam blend gives it a malty depth that holds up well with a splash of milk. I've been drinking it every morning for two weeks and it hasn't gotten old yet.

This has become my default morning cup — it's malty and strong enough that I actually notice it waking me up. I steep it about four minutes and it never turns bitter, which is more than I can say for most blends I've tried.
