岸邊風情

The floral note sneaks up on you after the mint fades, which I didn't expect from a tea this simple. Steeped it about three minutes and it stayed smooth instead of going bitter. Been drinking it every afternoon on the porch since it arrived.

I was expecting straight mint but the floral finish surprised me, like walking past a garden on a warm afternoon. It's soft enough that I've been drinking it every evening this week instead of my usual cup.

The mint here is genuinely fresh and bright, not that dusty dried-leaf taste I was bracing for. I've been steeping a cup every afternoon on the porch, and the floral finish sneaks up on you after the mint fades. Two minutes is plenty, any longer and the mint takes over.
