Baked Apple green "NEW"

Wasn't sure about green tea and apple together but this totally works. The almond pieces give it a warm nutty finish that reminds me of actual apple pie, and it's sweet without needing any sugar.

The rose blossoms are a lovely touch—they give it a floral lift without overpowering the green tea. The apple and almond pieces actually hold up through a couple steeps, and that baked-pie sweetness really comes through as it cools.
