The cardamom really comes through alongside the vanilla, and the black peppercorns give it a nice warm kick that lingers after each sip. I’ve been making it with a splash of milk every afternoon and it’s quickly become my favorite break during work.

I steeped it for five minutes and the black peppercorns still cut through the vanilla beautifully—warm, spicy, and never cloying. The cloves and cinnamon make it feel like a proper winter hug in a mug, and it’s already my afternoon ritual.
