The orange and red peppercorn notes in the rooibos come through surprisingly well against the rich cocoa butter, and it melts smooth without any grittiness. I’ve been breaking off a square after dinner and it’s become my favorite little ritual.

The orange peel comes through more than the gingerbread, which I wasn't expecting, but it's still a really nice combo with the rooibos. Only wish the red peppercorns added a bit more heat. Solid treat for the price.
