有機洋甘菊

I’ve been brewing this before bed every night for a week now, and the calming effect is real — the organic camomile flowers steep into a smooth, golden cup that’s never bitter, even if I leave the bag in a bit too long. It’s become my little ritual to unwind.

The flowers in this blend are whole and fluffy, not dusty bits, so the cup steeps up clear and golden. I like how gentle it is on the stomach—one mug before bed and I’m actually drowsy within the half hour.

I’ve been brewing a cup every evening after dinner, and the organic camomile flavor is clean and mellow without any bitterness. It’s become my go-to wind-down ritual, and the loose flowers unfurl nicely in the pot.
