The tart seabuckthorn really comes through against the cherry, and it’s even better once chilled over ice. I’ve already made a second batch because the hibiscus and rose hip make it feel like a proper fancy drink without any sweetener.

Brewed a big pitcher of this over the weekend and it's already gone. The cherry comes through strong but the hibiscus keeps it from tasting like straight juice, and iced it's ridiculously refreshing.

The hibiscus and rose hip give it a nice tart kick that balances the cherry sweetness. I brewed a big pitcher for a backyard barbecue and it disappeared before the food even came out. Genuinely my new favorite herbal tea.
