Matcha de Ervilha Azul Borboleta

I mixed a teaspoon into warm water and got this vivid indigo, then a squeeze of lime turned it purple right in the glass. The grind is superfine, no grit at the bottom of my cup at all.

The color it produces is unreal—just a pinch turns a glass of water into this deep, vibrant blue that feels like a magic trick. I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothies for the antioxidant boost, and the fine ground texture dissolves without any gritty lumps. Even the dry powder smells faintly ea

I've been experimenting with this for my evening iced drinks and the color alone is worth it—that vivid blue turns a simple glass of water into something special. Mixes clean with no clumping, and knowing it's packed with antioxidants makes it feel like a healthy little ritual.
