Lavender Earl Grey

I steeped this for about four minutes and the lavender came through right behind the bergamot instead of fighting it. The cornflower petals are a pretty touch too, though I mostly notice that first sip.

The dry leaves already smell incredible, and once steeped the bergamot and lavender balance each other perfectly without one overpowering the other. I've been brewing it every afternoon with a splash of milk and it's become my favorite way to unwind.

The lavender is front and center without overpowering the bergamot, which is a delicate balance I didn't expect from a black tea blend. I've been steeping it for three minutes each morning and the floral aroma fills the whole kitchen.
