Peach Ice Cream

I was skeptical about a tea that calls itself ice cream, but the creamy vanilla note actually comes through on the sip, and the peach pieces are surprisingly generous. Brews up a lovely pink color from the hibiscus, and it's become my go-to afternoon treat with a little honey.
