오렌지 키스

The orange peel comes through so bright it almost tastes like fresh zest, and then the marigold and rose petals soften it on the finish. I've been breaking off a square after dinner instead of dessert.

I was a little unsure about rooibos in chocolate, but the orange peel and rose petals make it taste surprisingly bright and floral. The cacao nibs give it a nice crunch that keeps it from feeling too rich, and I've already finished half the bar in one sitting.

The flower petals on top make it look almost too pretty to eat, but the orange and cacao nibs give it a nice bitter-sweet crunch that balances the rooibos nicely. I've already ordered a second bar to keep on my desk for afternoon snacking.
