뮬드 스파이스

I brewed this on a chilly Sunday and the cloves hit first, then the apple and cinnamon settle in without any fake sweetness. The black tea base keeps it from tasting like watered-down cider. Already reordered a second tin.

The jasmine adds a soft floral note underneath the apple and cinnamon that I didn't expect, and it makes the whole cup feel more balanced than your average spice blend. I've been brewing a pot every evening since it arrived, and the cloves give it just enough warmth without going bitter.

The cinnamon and clove really come through without being harsh, and the jasmine adds a soft floral note that makes it feel fancier than a typical spiced tea. I’ve been brewing a cup every evening since it arrived, and the apple sweetness makes it perfect on its own with no sugar needed.
