The cherry comes through first, then this warm baked-sweet note underneath that really does taste like pie crust. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoon and it needs no sugar at all.

I brewed a cup expecting mostly cherry, but the finish is really where it shines, like warm pastry crust. Sweet without needing any sugar, and it's become my after-dinner cup instead of dessert.
