The tangy blueberry hits right away and the hibiscus keeps it from being too heavy — I've been making a pitcher of this every day. The dried blueberries and elderberries in the mix make it look as good as it tastes.

The rooibos base gives it a smoothness that really lets the blueberry shine through. I also love the subtle hint of hibiscus—keeps it from being too sweet. Perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

The blueberry flavor actually comes through instead of tasting fake like most fruit teas I've tried. I brew it hot in the evening and the hibiscus gives it a nice tart finish without any added sugar.
