Rosa e Ciliegia

Steeped this for about four minutes and the rooibos base keeps the rose from turning soapy, which is usually my problem with floral teas. The blackberry leaves add just enough body that it doesn't taste thin. Been drinking it every evening this week.

The blackberry leaves really come through underneath the rose, which I didn’t expect from the name alone. It’s a cozy, almost jammy cup that I’ve already brewed twice today, and the rooibos base keeps it smooth without getting bitter.

I wasn’t sure about rooibos as a base, but the blackberry leaves round it out into something really smooth. The rose petals give it a soft sweetness that lingers nicely after each sip, and it steeps a gorgeous deep red. My afternoon cup has become a little ritual now.
