I brew this every night about an hour before bed, and the lavender comes through so much softer than the sharp lemon hit I expected. Being caffeine-free means I can have a second cup without lying awake, which honestly never happened with my old black teas.

The dry leaves smell mostly of lemon, but once steeped, the lavender turns soft and creamy against the tartness. It’s my new afternoon go-to when I want something bright but completely caffeine-free.

The lemongrass really comes through alongside the lavender, which makes it feel brighter than most floral teas I’ve tried. I brew a big mug after dinner and it’s the perfect caffeine-free way to wind down without any heaviness.
