The cranberry keeps this from tasting like straight medicine, which is what I expected from an herbal blend. I've been drinking a cup most afternoons and the tangy fruit flavor actually makes me look forward to it.

I was a little worried the herbal notes would overpower the fruit, but the cranberry tang is perfectly balanced with the soothing echinacea. This has become my afternoon pick-me-up when I want something warm that isn't coffee.

I've been brewing this after dinner when I want something sweet but not heavy, and the cranberry tang balances the herbal warmth just right. The mix of fruits and medicinal herbs steeps into a deep ruby color that's honestly pretty comforting.
